It looks cute in person, but I could barely wear it for more than a little while before it started hurting. I also kept getting these aggressive reminders to leave a review, which got annoying. Overall, not really worth it for me.

I returned something from edie-parker.com and the refund did eventually hit my account, but it definitely took longer than I was hoping. I was kind of in a rush to get it sorted, so having to keep checking my bank and wait on replies from customer service got a little frustrating. They did respond, just not very quickly. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was more stressful than I expected. I’d maybe order again, but I’d be a bit more careful next time

I ordered a bag from Edie Parker because it looked adorable online, when it arrived, I was excited. The color was exactly what I wanted, the shape was cute, and it really did feel like the kind of bag they promised would be a fun little statement piece.

But after just a few weeks of normal use, the outside started scuffing and the corners already looked worn down. I wasn’t throwing it around or using it every single day, just taking it out to dinners and on weekends, so it was really disappointing to see it age that fast.
For the price, I expected way better quality, especially with how the brand presents its bags. It’s still cute, sure, but it definitely did not hold up the way I felt like it was supposed to, and I hate feeling like I bought into a promise they didn’t really deliver on

Being able to pay in installments definitely made my order easier to manage, which I appreciated. I’m still a little mixed on the whole thing because I don’t love having payments hanging around, but it did make the purchase feel more doable.

The clasp was really stiff, and I noticed a small scratch in the finish right away. To be fair, they handled it really well. They fixed the problem without turning it into a hassle, kept me updated, and the bag arrived fine in the end. So I’d still order again, but I’d definitely keep an eye on your confirmation just in case

I was expecting the shipping to be some sneaky hidden-fee situation, because that’s usually how they get you. But nope, the cost was actually fair. Almost suspiciously fair, but I’m not complaining.

I liked everything I ordered — the items were cute and showed up in good condition. The only thing is the price felt a little high for what it was. I don’t mind paying for nice stuff, but I do think stores should be fair about pricing. Overall, I’m happy with it though
